Award Presented to LAB³ At the 2024 Ingram Micro One Innovation Summit 

LAB³ has been named the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Leader of the Year in the Asia Pacific by Ingram Micro, a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem with the ability to reach nearly 90% of the world’s population. The award was presented as part of the 2024 Ingram Micro One Innovation Summit, held from November 6-8 in Maryland, USA.

The Ingram Micro Partner Awards program honors the success of top-performing channel partners who have measurably exhibited an elite ability to drive business growth and positively impact the IT ecosystem with the support of Ingram Micro. This year’s honorees have displayed extraordinary levels of innovation, advocacy, performance, and sales success in 2024.

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Leader of the Year award category recognises a company/individual that demonstrates an unwavering commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. This award celebrates organisations that lead by example, creating an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.  There are four awards in total as per regions of APAC, NA, LATAM and EMEA.​
