Fearless in approach and as a founder, Chris has been instrumental in driving the hyper growth of LAB³, from start up in 2017 to being an established force today.  

With their shared passion for innovation, from day one the goal of Chris and his founding partners (Andy Lyons and Bob Cook) was to establish a business which could develop and deliver controlled, automated, and scalable solutions – designed to help clients modernise quickly.  

This continues to drive the direction of LAB³ today.  

Chris has maintained the focus on product leadership and LAB³ has cemented a reputation for accelerating cloud transformation in Australia and New Zealand. Globally, the company is making an impact as a product developer with leading-edge ready-made solutions.

As a director with a corporate HR background, Tanya arrived at LAB³ at a critical time of company growth. She moved quickly to establish a governance framework to ensure best practices and to meet the increasing compliance requirements associated with hyper-growth and international expansion. 

Tanya ensures LAB³sters are empowered to fearlessly achieve as a team and in their careers. She was instrumental in setting core business values to guide our fearless approach. These continue to be embraced: Team Up, Think Ahead, Be True, and Stand Out.

Bob is one of the three founders of LAB³ and from the outset, brought with him expertise in building a solid business strategy and organisational framework.

Bob’s extraordinary insight has continually positioned LAB³ ahead of the curve.

He possesses an extensive commercial, strategic and operational understanding of technology services. And he employs a collaborative, transformational leadership style to achieve successful organisational and stakeholder outcomes.  

With a passion for automation and cloud technology, Lachlan is an expert in change acceleration for clients wanting to modernise their environments through the use of innovative technology solutions.  

Lachlan gained an early appreciation of client experience and business outcomes, having started his career in service desk and operational support roles. He follows technology trends and advances across the board and is always on the lookout for opportunities to innovate.  

Lachlan is widely respected as an expert in delivering solutions for large enterprises, through using DevOps, Terraform and Cloud-Native Technologies. He was one of the first HashiCorp Ambassadors in Australia, and the only ambassador to be present in every year since the program’s inauguration.

Don has expertise in providing practical and cost-effective multi-cloud cyber advice and guidance to C-Suites and Boards including for Commercial and Government enterprises across the Australasian region.

He has more than 20 years’ experience within ICT security services ranging from consulting and penetration testing through to design, development, building and running secure environments leveraging multi-cloud and microservices.

Alex has been with LAB³ since the early beginnings, up for the challenge of helping grow the then start-up into a force.

Driven to achieve in all that he does, Alex has a deep acumen for business. At LAB³ he has led the explosive growth of sales and solution design.

In his approach, Alex works alongside industry leaders to nut out strategies to help them transform their businesses into client centric organisations that drive value.  

This is the philosophy that Bevan adheres to in spearheading the delivery of client engagements across LAB³ and to help position the business as a global product leader.   

Driven to achieve client success, Bevan leads an elite team of fearless problem solvers across all practice areas. Using a practice based and product led approach, Bevan maintains a strong focus on both innovation and client engagement. The goal is for clients to confidently invest in cloud adoption and modern cloud technology, with certainty of outcome and fast business value.

Reuben champions LAB³ engagements across federal government. He drives innovation to support organisations achieve their transformation goals, from legacy infrastructure to cloud services.

Located in Canberra, over his career Reuben has held leadership roles providing technology to government. He understands the pressures to provide better, smarter and simpler public services, within budget constraints and to meet high levels of accountability.

Emma has a passion for finding better ways to radically transform outcomes for LAB³ clients through innovative technology.

With a wealth of experience in product management, strategy and operations, Emma has a dedicated focus on best practice enablement of partners to accelerate growth. She leads a team of fearless product engineers who power a global network of partners to accelerate and secure cloud transformation, optimise operating costs, and rapidly build intelligent IoT solutions.

Fueled with an unwavering passion for unlocking business value from digital investments, Kerry propels clients toward unprecedented success by demystifying technology. His laser-focused approach to client engagement establishes genuine partnerships, ensuring tangible business outcomes.

With over 30 years of leadership in global technology services across the APAC region, Kerry has not only held pinnacle roles but has also been the architect of transformative journeys for numerous business and government clients.

Christina is relentlessly passionate about creating strategic advantage for LAB³ clients through cloud transformation, supporting organisations to streamline operations and seize the revenue opportunity that building new services with digital brings to the top line.

As a leader and advocate, Christina oversees the development of LAB³ New Zealand, and builds new opportunities for our crew in New Zealand so they can work with world leading technology.
