LAB³ has won the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for New Zealand. We were among a global field of top Microsoft partners demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions, based on Microsoft technology.
LAB³ was selected for our sophisticated AI offerings and secure cloud platforms that empower clients to safely leverage data and drive innovation. Awards were classified in various categories, with honourees chosen from more than 4,600 nominations across over 100 countries.
“The Award win really comes down to the 'Number 8 Wire' mentality of our Kiwi clients and their foresight in identifying the need to drive AI innovation,” said Kerry Purcell, CEO, LAB3.
Working closely with Microsoft, LAB3 has helped enterprises and government agencies modernise technology environments, strengthen data security, and unlock measurable business value through the responsible adoption of AI.
“LAB3 delivers not just AI solutions but the roadmap for all organisations managing personal data to safely adopt AI at scale. The incredible teamwork between LAB3 and Microsoft is leading to outstanding results for our clients,” said Kerry.
The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered outstanding Microsoft Cloud applications, services, devices, and AI innovation during the past year. LAB3 won the Microsoft Growth Partner Award for Australia back in 2020, and winning in New Zealand reflects our continued success across the region.
“Winning Country Partner of the Year is deeply rewarding for the LAB3 team. It recognises our dedication not just over the past year, but over previous years in helping Kiwi businesses modernise in the cloud. LAB3 has always been committed to working closely with the local team at Microsoft as well as Global HQ, combining our strengths and technologies and achieving positive business outcomes for our shared clients,” said Tayla Kaa, Alliance Partner, LAB3.
The 2025 Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards are announced ahead of Microsoft Ignite which is Microsoft's largest global conference for developers, IT professionals and partners, and will be held in San Francisco from November 18–21, 2025.
