Meet Sanjeev, Migrations Magician

“I am a big fan of the very structured, fine-tuned approach at LAB³ with work divided between teams. While you know your core input, there is genuine collaboration across teams, and I get to see multiple themes and sides of the business.”

I arrived at LAB³ with extensive experience in Azure migrations, as a Cloud and DevOps Principal Consultant. I have found LAB³ to be a mature, seasoned cloud practice across the board.

What has stood out for me, is while a lot of technology providers claim to be innovative, particularly in the field of Digital Transformation and Cloud Migration, LAB³ has developed its own IP and tools. Like Dr Migrate for example, which enables us to assess and deliver realistic and real-time planning and migration readiness.

With migrations, there are two teams at play. There is the Dr Migrate team, who continuously work on refining Dr Migrate. The same team also carries out assessments and planning directly with the clients. And then there is the cloud migration squad, a team of highly skilled engineers who deliver the cloud migration projects.

We collaborate across teams and learn together to make things even better. Working on client-facing teams, I enjoy capturing and feeding back ideas and glitches to the development team.

I also enjoy the diversity of projects at LAB³. Dr Migrate makes Azure more attractive to clients, particularly clients with complex and challenging environments.
